Midnight LAW x You - Terms and Conditions
- At any given time, we reserve the right to terminate the partnership as we see fit. The commission generated up until the point of termination will be paid.
- High Risk / Fraud Orders (As marked by Shopify) will not generate any commission as those orders will be canceled.
- Commission will still be paid for exchange and return orders
- The commission will be paid twice a month. 1st and 15th via PayPal or ACH Transfer.
- 10% of the final sale value (after discount) will be considered as commission. Example: Someone spent $100 with a 10% discount code. The final value will be $90. Commission will be 10% of $90 which is $9.
