RETURNS & EXCHANGES GUIDE:
If you're not satisfied with the fitting/quality/print/color of the product, just send us an email with your order # and a reason to return the item at email@example.com
Although inconvenient, the customer has to return the order back to us themselves bearing shipping costs. The return address is in Los Angeles, California. Once it is shipped, we request the customer to share a shipping confirmation receipt.
A) If you opt for Exchange: we will ship the exchange order in 2 - 3 business days. Exchange orders can be in different size/color/item. There will be no additional charges for exchange orders.
However, if an exchange order requested is of higher value, for ex: original order is a regular t-shirt and exchange requested is an oversized, then the differential amount can be paid online where we will send you an invoice to your email.
B) If you opt for Refund: we will simply initiate the refund to the source account and the money should be credited back within 3 - 5 business days.
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after you received your item unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- For damaged fabric, please send an image highlighting the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can refund you the full amount or exchange.
